ÃÄÄïÖ±²¥ launched 2 Sharia books and the VC Research Digest, in a special ceremony held today (10th November 2020, Tuesday), in the ÃÄÄïÖ±²¥ Hall. The 2 Sharia books launched were "Faseyha Nerun - Tharika ah Vanun" and "Aailaa aai behey Fiqh". The books were launched by the author, Uz. Ibrahim Rasheed Moosa. In his remarks after launching the books, Uz. Ibrahim Rasheed Moosa noted that, in writing these books, he hopes to help students and interested people in different educational aspects included. ÃÄÄïÖ±²¥'s Research Digest was also launched in this ceremony. Dr. Ahmed Shahid, Dean of Research of the Institute for Research and Innovation, addressed the gathering prior to the launching of the digest. In his remarks, Dr, Shahid highlighted that a research culture needs to be developed further in the Maldives, and this research digest can increase interest in the field of research in the country. VC Research Digest was launched by the Rector, Dr. Ahmed Anwar. In his remarks, Dr. Anwar expressed that the College's aim and desire will always be to contribute to the education and awareness of the country through various methods, of which literature is of high regard. These 3 publications are now available from ÃÄÄïÖ±²¥.
